Student IT Help is located in C5C Room 244 and provides information technology support and assistance to the students and staff of Macquarie University. We can also help with:
- General computer, printing and Internet issues
- Access to over 100 computers on Level 1
- Student email
- myMQ
- eStudent
- Usernames and passwords
- Password Resets
- MQID
- Remote access to Library databases
- Access to unit pages and online material
- Campus Card Support

Computers in C5C Rooms 211, 213 and 217 are available to currently enrolled Macquarie University students and NCELTR students.
During the midyear break, end of year break, on public holidays, and on Conception Day, the IT Service Desk and PC Lab hours will be the same as Library Hours.
